I got your message First off, don't panic ;:)

You can level up by being a bit more active within MiniTokyo. There's a couple of different ways to do that. You can:

Submit scans or wallpapers (you have to make sure you only use wallpapers that you've made yourself). For every item you submit your level will rise a little.

The other thing you can do is to leave messages for other people. If you like a scan or a wallpaper, just leave a message for that person to say that you like it. Eachcomment helps to raise your level too -But!- it's very slow that way.

Be creative, be polite. When people leave comments for you in your guestbook (like I'm doing now) your level will raise a little that way.

Be active, don't be shy, and don't worry about your English (there are a lot of people who have very basic use of English here) Then your level will start to rise a bit quicker
